We had a wonderful family stay at Chalets Et Spa with a beautiful lake view. the cabin may have been a bit old, fashioned, but it had everything we needed, including a baby cot and a laundry room. the nearby supermarket was convenient for our needs. We especially loved the amazing sunset and the easy access to a small beach, perfect for the kids. the open area living room and kitchen in the pine, log cabin style were charming, and the kitchen was well, supplied. the cleanliness of the apartment was impressive. we had a very positive experience during our stay. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊.

The size of the chalet was impressive, offering plenty of space for our family. We also appreciated the personalized note and warm welcome from the host upon our late arrival. the cabins being right by the lake was a major plus, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful waterfront right outside our doorstep.
There were several disappointing aspects to our stay. the breakfast we received took an incredibly long time to arrive and was not up to par.

The value we got for our money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was not only clean but also spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and close proximity to tourist attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
One thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they offered more options for vegetarian and vegan guests.

The chalet was spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay for my family. The location was ideal, with easy access to a beautiful beach and close proximity to popular tourist attractions. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered delicious food, especially the cakes that were available for purchase daily.
The cost of the spa was quite high and not included in the stay. It would have been more convenient and reasonable if the spa access was included with a one-time purchase.

The location is absolutely stunning, with cabins right on the beautiful Lac St-Jean. the cabins are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, microwave, and kitchen supplies. the bed is super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. guests have access to a spa circuit, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day.
The wait times for food can be quite long, resulting in valuable time being wasted.
